Once the insurance amount is received, costs and penalties will be deducted, and
the remaining amount will be refunded to the Lessee.
7.5. The Lessee may contact the Lessor at the phone number, email address, or physical address
listed in the Annex.
Eighth.- Vehicle inspection.
8.1. The Lessor or a duly authorized person may inspect the vehicle during the contract period
when deemed appropriate with prior notice.The Lessee agrees to provide access to the vehicle for proper inspection, whether at the usage
location, at their residence, or another agreed location.
Ninth.- Termination due to breach.
9.1. The Lessee agrees to comply with all clauses and acknowledges that breaching any of them
entitles the Lessor to terminate the lease without prior notice, with the Lessee bearing all
obligations assumed by signing this contract.
Tenth.- Jurisdiction.
10.1. Both parties agree to submit to the courts legally corresponding.
Eleventh.- Modifications and cancellations.
11.1. The Lessee may cancel at no cost up to 36 hours before the contract starts. Reductions of
more than 2 rental days will incur a 30% penalty on the reduced days.
Twelfth.- Late return penalties.
12.1. Up to 5 hours late: no penalty.
More than 5 hours: 80% of the daily rate.
More than 24 hours: 120% of the daily rate per started day.
Thirteenth.- Vehicle damage.
13.1. If the Lessee does not contract additional insurance, any damage larger than 3 mm will be
charged. Courtesy damages are not considered.
Fourteenth.- Fine management.
14.1. The Lessee shall pay any fine or sanction and a €20 administrative fee for each.
Fifteenth.- Accessories.15.1. Accessories (child seats, boosters, etc.) are not included by default and must be expressly
requested by contacting the company
